La piccola vitellina Matilde ci ha accolto con entusiasmo soprattutto quanto le abbiamo dato il latte, ma anche gli altri animali della Fattoria Didattica de La Palagina sono stati socievoli, persino il simpatico cinghiale che vive insieme ai maiali della fattoria. Oltre a full immersion nella natura, la tenuta di Figline Valdarno poco distante da Firenze, offre vini e piatti dall’anima toscana grazie ai fratelli Andrea a Paolo Gori della trattoria Da Burde che hanno trasportato la loro esperienza nei rispettivi campi declinandola per questa terra del Chianti. Piscina, giardino e paesaggio del Valdarno completano il quadro. Dato che l’estate è arrivata, la ricetta de La Palagina è particolarmente suadente per grandi e piccini.
